Founded in 2013 by former Long Beach State Dirtbags and professional baseball players Casey Snow, Jeff Tagliaferri, and JJ Newkirk, XCEL is a 7,548 square foot state of the art indoor baseball and softball training facility.  



XCEL's mission is to help youth baseball and softball players develop the necessary skills to succeed and XCEL both on and off of the field. With combined extensive and diverse collegiate and professional baseball knowledge and experience the XCEL instructors have cultivated the training, skills, and methods to develop young baseball and softball players, helping them establish and meet their goals.

 

XCEL's facility is designed to cater to all levels of baseball and softball players/teams. XCEL's seven batting cages are equipped with coin-operated Iron Mike pitching machines, Jugs pitching machines, real baseballs, real softballs, mid-compression baseballs and sting-free softballs. Our main functions are cage and pitching mound rentals, token sales for individual batting practice, and private or group lessons.



XCEL Baseball is located at 10714 Reagan Street Unit A in Los Alamitos, CA--central to Los Angeles and Orange Counties and just minutes from the 405, 605, and 22 freeways.
